This four storey mixed-use building is situated in the heart of historic Kerrisdale. It provides 27 luxury residential units and six commercial retail units. Project aims were to marry a simple and elegant modern design to a traditional materials palette. The private penthouse level is set back from the street with a large south-facing courtyard.
